  28.             ports the World Ocean Circulation Experiment (WOCE) research

  80.             OCEANIC  is  self-explanatory   and   menu-driven.    Though
  81.             intended  to  work  with simple terminals, to view graphical
  82.             material, you must use a terminal-emulation program compati-
  83.             ble with the Tektronix 4010 standard.
